Terms of Service
Effective 2026-09-20
These terms govern your use of JoltAlert (joltalert.com), a service that watches cryptocurrency prices on Binance and sends you alerts. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
JoltAlert notifies you when a trading pair moves by more than a threshold you set within a rolling window. Prices come from Binance's public market data. Alerts are information only: nothing on this site is investment, financial or trading advice, and you alone are responsible for any trading decision you make.
We do not guarantee that every alert is delivered, or delivered on time. Binance or Telegram outages, rate limits, network problems and our own defects can delay or drop alerts. Do not rely on JoltAlert as the only trigger for anything that could cost you money.
2. Plans and limits
The Free plan and the Pro plan have the limits shown on the home page: number of watches, check interval and channels. We may change those limits, add or remove features, or change prices. Changes apply going forward and are announced on the site.
3. Credits and payments
Pro time is paid for with prepaid credits, bought in packs with USDT or USDC sent on-chain to the address shown on your order page. Pack sizes and prices are shown before you pay. Credits are deducted daily per active watch, as described on the Billing page.
Credits are prepaid and non-refundable. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and are not refunded when you stop using the service or delete your account. If a payment goes wrong (wrong network, wrong token, overpayment, or a transfer that was not recognised), write to support@joltalert.com and we will sort it out by hand where we can.
Only the networks and tokens listed on the order page are accepted. Transfers sent to another address, on an unsupported network or in another token may be impossible to recover.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the sign-in methods linked to your account (Google, wallet, Telegram) and for everything done through it. Keep them secure and unlink anything you no longer control.
Do not abuse the service: no automated account creation, no probing, scraping or overloading, no reselling of alerts, and no use that breaks the law where you are. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
5. Ending the service
You can stop at any time by deleting your watches and channels, or by asking us by email to delete your account. We may suspend or discontinue the service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice where practical. If we shut the service down entirely we will announce it in advance and let you use up remaining credits where possible. Otherwise unused credits are not refunded (see section 3).
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, JoltAlert is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or any indirect or consequential damage, and its total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Operator and disputes
JoltAlert is run by an independent developer, not a company. If something goes wrong, write to support@joltalert.com first: we will try to resolve it with you directly and in good faith.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
